What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build Salesforce applications and frameworks using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework
• Implement solutions that adhere to Salesforce platform best practices and conduct peer code reviews
• Develop Python scripts for automating data extraction
• Collaborate with Scrum Teams to estimate, plan, and manage new feature development and testing
• Provide system administration support to customized applications, including user permissions and security settings

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• MS/MBA with 6+ years of development experience or BA/BS with 8+ years of development experience
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce custom development using Lightning Components and APEX
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States at least three out of the last five years

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Hands-on Java development experience
• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer & Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Experience with infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
• Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, or other Agile certification
