Sap Ams Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for SAP AMS Project Managers for our growing team in India .

What We Are Looking For

• Should have worked as SAP AMS service delivery manager for at least 3 years.
• Should have working experience in any ticketing tool (Preferred – JIRA)
• Should be aware of AMS project’s KPIs
• Leading a team of consultants, including developers.
• Maintaining service quality, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving continuous improvements
• Supporting team members as well as customers in articulating their requirements
• Managing stakeholders, gaining an understanding of client needs and risks, and proposing service improvements
• Helping to build the team and service offering
