Job description:

Penguin Random House is seeking an enthusiastic SAP Developer interested in being part of the changing media world. In this position you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing and supporting our Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable processes. We’re seeking a talented individual with a passion for innovation and problem-solving who can thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on existing and new SAP projects to support internal and external users.
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality technology products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project timelines.
  • Contribute to all aspects of development, including infrastructure, services, and frontend development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of professional work experience in SAP development.

  • Strong experience in SAP ECC 6.0, AR, AP, SD, FI, and MM modules.

  • SAP custom ABAP development experience, including dialogue programming, SAP Forms/SAP Script, ALV reporting, IDOC processing, and use of function modules, RFCs, BAPIs, and web services.

  • Ability to:

    • Collaborate with end-users to analyze and document requirements

    • Design and develop tools/programs based on complex business requirements

    • Organize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Business knowledge of the order to cash process desired

  • S/4 HANA, SAP Fiori, or SAP Cloud Platform knowledge a plus

The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.
