We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Director to join our team in Melbourne!

Location – Melbourne, AU 

Mode of employment: Full-Time / Contract 

• Overseeing and managing projects related to the implementation, migration and upgrade of various large scale S/4HANA projects across the organization.
• Manage resources and interdependencies, define and set up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage the deliverables in a multi-vendor environment.
• Manage project escalations, work with key stakeholders (customer and 3rd party vendors), provide status report to program stakeholders.
• Provide a strategy for project tooling – what tools to be used at what phase.

Experience

• 10-12 years of experience as SAP functional/technical consultant plus additional 5+ years of experience in core SAP project management. 
• Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations experience with atleast 1 experience of managing greenfield implementation covering all phases of projects.
• Must have managed multi-vendor, multi-deployment, large team size projects.
• Has good knowledge and understanding of various SAP modules in S/4HANA.
• Must have experience working with Activate methodology.
• Must have experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Should have excellent understanding and hands on experience of working in JIRA and strategizing on setting up JIRA structure to manage the Build cycle.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Should possess atleast one valid certification on Project Management like PMP or PRINCE II-Practitioner level. It is desirable to be certified in Agile, ITIL framework etc.
