Summary:

Looking for a seasoned SAP Project Manager – experienced in A&D to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical leads, end-users.
• Ensure project milestones are met within agreed upon timelines and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor progress continuously.
• Address potential risks and issues, offering effective resolutions.
• Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure deliverables are aligned with business requirements and company standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Min 10+ years’ SAP project management
• Min. 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• SAP certification
• Strong knowledge of SAP methodologies and best practices.
• Good understanding of SAP products such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Success factors, SAP ARIBA etc.
• Strong full life cycle of SAP Public Cloud Implementation is mandatory
• Aerospace & Defense industry Exp MUST
• Experience with total product landscapes (SAP and non-SAP systems exchanging information).
• APICS and / or PMP certification required.
• High level understanding of the SAP integration and development tools, platforms such as API, CPI, BTP etc.
• SAP Activate Methodology certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience of S/4HANA implementation tools SAP [Roadmap viewer, Signavio, etc.]
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA data migration strategies and ETL tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
