Sap Senior Project Manager (Remote)

We are looking for SAP Project Managers for our growing team in India .

What You Will Be Doing

• The core responsibility of this role is to program manage consulting engagements end-to-end.
• Involve in SAP implementations, rollouts and support programs for different industry domain like Automotive, Retail, FMCG, LSP, etc.
• Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery, including project plan preparation, review, monitoring (with assistance from practice leads).
• Have control and maintain project costs/ margin aligned with the set expectations by managing the resources.
• Provide PM reports to various stake holders as required covering utilization, cost, deliverables etc.
• Identity project risks proactively and develop mitigation plans
• Effective communications across stake holders related to the projects managed.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met as per the agreed guidelines.
• Help manage, grow and mentor SAP consulting team for their technical and personality development.
• Indirect responsibility to drive revenue growth for existing customer by understanding their business pain points and recommending potential solutions.
• Open for short travels (domestic/ international) based on project needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Must have knowledge of and worked on SAP Activate methodologies
• Should have worked on multiple SAP implementation projects.
• Should have excellent customer-facing skills
• Should have worked on Developing the project schedule and ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget
• Communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• Working with key stakeholders to define project scope and obtain their commitment
• Identify Risk and plan mitigation for the same
• Managing all change requests, validating budget and schedule impacts, and communicating approved changes to all teams
• Monitoring delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting
• Assembling and managing the project team
• Should have a good understanding of SAP modules.
• Should also have exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
