The Role:

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers are receiving the highest level of service acting as a point of contact to respond to concerns and resolve service issues within agreed SLAs.

Combining their knowledge and experience, the Service Delivery Manager is expected to work alongside Account Manager(s) to build a trusted and strategic long-term relationship with the client base. By understanding the goals and ambitions of each client, the Service Delivery Manager will work to identify and align relevant products and services in addition to offering insight into potential future offerings from either SAP, The Config Team, or other partners.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

Familiar with SAP support, products and services.
An understanding of ITIL based service delivery processes and the ability to implement them evidenced by previous experience.
The ability to effectively coordinate teams and complex support services to achieve SLAs, KPIs and objectives.
Proven stakeholder management experience.
Experienced in customer on-boarding associated with SAP support services.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills
Confident when interacting with internal and customer senior management.
Organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and good attention to detail.
