JoVE is hiring a Science Outreach Specialist to join the Demand Generation arm of the Customer Success team. This is an exciting opportunity for a science enthusiast who is passionate about expanding the reach of innovative scientific solutions among educators worldwide. Responsibilities:-
1. Proactively identify and engage with potential customers and leads through detailed market and customer research.
2. Drive JoVE adoption through global outreach initiatives, including email marketing, webinars, and social media campaigns.
3. Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase lead generation and customer engagement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
5. Track and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve workflows and outcomes.
Requirements
1. A Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Psychology.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Experience in marketing, sales, or teaching is a plus.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. A self-starter with an outgoing personality and a talent for initiating new projects and ideas.
6. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is preferred.
