What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain a strong framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
Support and coach Scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies, events, and practices
Define, maintain, and update Scrum team metrics and artifacts for transparent communication
Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to assess and enrich the backlog
Foster a positive team culture and promote Agile behaviors for enhanced team performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years experience working on Agile Scrum development teams as a Scrum Master
Proven experience in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution
Strong knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (e.g., user stories, backlog refinement)
Solid experience with Jira and Confluence
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) and/or SAFe certification
Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
Good understanding of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.)
