What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain a strong framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
• Support and coach Scrum teams through all agile ceremonies, events, and practices
• Define, maintain, and update the Scrum team’s metrics and artifacts for transparent communication
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to assess and enrich the backlog
• Drive a collaborative team culture through engagement practices and team building

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on agile scrum development teams in a dedicated Scrum Master role
• Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency
• Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts, including user stories and backlog refinement
• Solid experience with Jira and Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) and/or SAFe certified

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, and Continuous Integration
• Familiarity with other Agile frameworks such as SAFe and XP
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
