Salary range between $111,000 – $131,000, depending on experience and qualifications
Eligible for the employer’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build and maintain a strong framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
Support and coach Scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies and practices to enhance delivery
Define, maintain, and update Scrum team metrics and artifacts for transparent communication
Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to assess and enrich the backlog’s health
Drive a collaborative team culture through team-building and engagement practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Agile Scrum development teams as a Scrum Master
Proven experience in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts such as user stories and backlog refinement
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) and/or SAFe certification

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with techniques such as Behavior Driven Development and Test Driven Development
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks like SAFe and XP
Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
