• Salary range between $111,000 – $131,000

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build and maintain a strong framework of Agile practices, processes, and artifacts
• Support and coach Scrum teams through all Agile ceremonies, events, and practices
• Define, maintain, and update the Scrum team’s metrics and artifacts for stakeholder communication
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to assess and enrich the backlog
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture through team engagement practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Agile Scrum development teams in a dedicated Scrum Master role
• Proven experience in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency
• Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts, including user stories and backlog refinement
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) and/or SAFe certification

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with techniques such as Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Automated Testing
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe, XP, etc.)
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
