Key Relationships And Team
As a Scrum Master, you will engage in close collaboration with the Lead Scrum Master, VP of Technology, engineers, product owners, senior management, quality assurance teams, and organizational leadership. This role is crucial in fostering a culture characterized by collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master who will be instrumental in supporting the Scrum process and guiding our teams in Agile practices. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and support team members in grasping and implementing Scrum principles and practices.
- Champion Agile methodologies and best practices throughout the organization, assisting teams in their effective adoption.
- Work collaboratively with product owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Identify and address obstacles that may hinder team progress, ensuring an uninterrupted workflow.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
- Profound understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in leading and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Background in automotive lending or loan servicing is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM), is preferred.
