Scrum Master At Apptad Wfh (Remote)

Apptad is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Scrum Master to join our innovative team on a remote basis. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience of over 10 years to guide our development teams in successfully delivering projects on .Net Full Stack and Salesforce platforms. Your proactive approach and leadership will be essential in ensuring efficient project delivery while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos, to maintain team engagement and focus.
• Advocate for Agile principles and cultivate a culture centered on continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to establish clear project objectives and deliverables that align with our strategic business goals.
• Assist in the creation and management of the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and refined based on current project objectives.
• Work closely with product owners to define and enhance user stories, ensuring clarity and thoroughness.
• Mentor and coach teams in Agile practices, promoting effective communication and collaboration across various departments.
• Monitor and report on project progress, team performance, and sprint results, using metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize workflows.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing strategies for mitigation to address any challenges.
• Ensure that final deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet acceptance criteria, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with significant expertise in managing projects on .Net Full Stack and Salesforce platforms.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or an equivalent Agile certification; additional certifications in .Net Full Stack and Salesforce are advantageous.
• Strong comprehension of .Net Full Stack development and the Salesforce platform.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with technical teams and understand complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams, inspiring team members to perform at their highest level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the foresight to address challenges proactively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in presenting complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Demonstrated team player with a collaborative mindset, skilled in building and nurturing positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
