What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Coach teams and stakeholders in Lean-Agile practices for continuous improvement
Assist teams in delivering value by managing impediments, risks, and dependencies
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
Track progress and provide delivery metrics and status updates to leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles, preferably within software development
Strong experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA and the Atlassian suite
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage risks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in software development environments
Familiarity with release management activities
Understanding of business, IT, and product management alignment
