As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for a **Sales Development Representative (SDR) Assistant** to support our sales and marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities:**
– **Lead Generation Support**: Assist in identifying potential leads through online research and various digital tools, helping to build and maintain a quality pipeline.
– **Outreach**: Support outreach activities via email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms, setting up meetings with qualified leads for the SDR and sales team.
– **CRM Management**: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure lead information is accurate and up to date.
– **Market Research**: Conduct market research to help identify key industries, companies, and decision-makers for target accounts.
– **Follow-up**: Help track lead interactions and schedule follow-up communications to nurture leads and keep them engaged.
– **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging.
– **Reporting**: Assist with reporting tasks to provide insights into outreach performance and lead quality.
– **Customer Support**: Assist in customer inquiries and support with general questions via email or chat, forwarding potential leads to the appropriate departments.
**Qualifications:**
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is a plus).
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Comfortable with digital tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and Google Workspace.
– Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
– Previous experience in sales support, digital marketing, or a related role is a plus but not required.
