The SDR Leader will take ownership of driving sales efforts and developing strategies for lead generation and outreach. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to directly impact the sales pipeline and contribute to the growth trajectory of the business through hands-on, strategic leadership in the SDR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to generate high-quality leads and secure appointments for the sales team.
  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities through proactive outreach, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Actively participate in lead generation and outreach efforts to inspire your team through direct engagement.
  • Pipeline & Reporting: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting. Track team performance to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to continuously refine lead generation strategies and outreach processes, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Maintain and analyze performance metrics, ensuring that data informs decision-making and drives results.
  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the effective use of tools like Salesforce, Gong and others to maximize team efficiency and success.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with management to set clear business objectives, aligning team efforts with company goals and KPIs.
  • First Employee in the Department: Be the pioneer in building and shaping the SDR function, laying the foundation for future growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or SDR leadership with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work during US time zones (EST)
  • Previous experience collaborating with US-based teams is mandatory
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Native-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with outstanding interpersonal skills to engage prospects and internal teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining focus on results.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented: A “can-do” attitude with the ability to motivate yourself and your team to hit ambitious goals.
  • Sales Process Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, with proven experience in lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working within a team environment and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
