Company Overview:
We are a U.S.- company specializing in SEO Content Marketing. Our focus lies in performance marketing and media partnerships across multiple verticals, including affiliate marketing, digital content, and partnerships in emerging markets like Latin America.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical SEO background and at least three years of experience in the field. This role requires a data-driven mindset, the ability to execute and manage SEO strategies, and a collaborative approach to working across multiple verticals and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Technical SEO:
- Perform comprehensive website audits to identify technical SEO issues (e.g., site structure, crawling, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
- Optimize website performance, including page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall site health.
- Monitor and address crawl errors and indexation issues in Google Search Console and other tools.
- Content Optimization:
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure all on-page SEO best practices are applied, including keyword usage, meta tags, headers, and internal linking.
- Develop strategies for content targeting high-intent keywords aligned with company goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track SEO performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Create detailed performance reports to measure the success of SEO initiatives and provide actionable insights.
- Collaboration:
- Support U.S. teams with localized insights and strategies for media partnerships and vertical-specific content.
- Work closely with developers, content creators, and affiliate teams to ensure seamless implementation of SEO strategies.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Analyze competitors’ strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools or platforms.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and other SEO tool.
- Experience working on multilingual or international SEO is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and revenue-share models is a plus.
