Job Description:

As the Project Manager for our SEO department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing SEO projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our SEO specialists, content creators, and other marketing professionals to ensure that all SEO strategies are executed efficiently and effectively, leading to increased traffic, improved rankings, and enhanced visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SEO projects. Ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

– Team Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO team, content writers, designers, and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with project goals.

– Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and results.

– SEO Expertise: Apply your knowledge of SEO best practices to guide the team and ensure that all projects are aligned with the latest industry trends and algorithms.

– Tool Proficiency: Utilize project management tools like Asana, Notion, or similar platforms to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure accountability across the team.

– Reporting: Create and deliver detailed reports on project performance, including KPIs, milestones, and outcomes.

– Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the SEO department and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

– SEO Experience: Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of SEO strategies, techniques, and tools.

– Project Management: Previous experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or SEO-focused environment.

– Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.

– Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar platforms.

– Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of a project are meticulously managed.

– Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently as they arise during project execution.

– Behavioral Health Industry Knowledge:

Experience or familiarity with the behavioral health industry is a plus, but not required.
