Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proactively generate leads, arrange meetings, and secure new business by thoroughly understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Formulate and execute data-driven, client-centric campaigns utilizing available resources and market insights, while applying financial forecasting models to inform proposals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital strategy, consumer insights, operations, and finance to identify business-driving opportunities and enhance client proposals.
- Regularly report on client status, track opportunities, and manage the sales process effectively.

Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector or related fields, encompassing advertising or sales promotion.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the CPG and retail industry, adept at leveraging data and insights to achieve results.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales and profit targets in a B2B context, with demonstrated experience in managing existing accounts and generating new business.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset, coupled with a strong desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data from sources like IRI and Nielsen for crafting tailored selling narratives and solutions.
- Proficient negotiation skills aimed at crafting mutually advantageous agreements for clients and the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders effectively.
