Job Title: Sr. Account Executive

Reports To: Vice President, Accounts

The Role:

A highly motivated professional with a deep understanding and appreciation of brand, marketing, creative, and digital insights. The Sr. Account Executive should have a passion for advertising and client strategy. This professional plays a primary role working across multiple departments and supporting various stakeholders within the agency. In this role, you will partner with account leaders to support the day-to-day success of your assigned group of accounts.

Responsibilities:

– Relationship
o Be the point person within the agency for the account, funneling communication and ensuring the relationship remains strong.
o Proactively communicate with your clients with transparency to ensure they know what is happening at all times.
o Build strong working relationships with the internal agency who will provide support within different aspects of your accounts.

– Project Management / Execution
o Own all client deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on-time, accurately, and within scope
o Act as communication point between clients & internal production team
o Use project management software to manage daily processes and approvals

– Account Strategy
o Own the development of strategic planning and execution for your set of accounts; understand, and support changing business needs, provide proactive solutions and deliver seasonal or as needed marketing plans
o Drive the strategic development and guidance on your accounts, knowing and understanding their specific business needs
o Create upsell opportunities for additional development, media and/or services.
o Collaborate with internal agency team members within their respective fields to drive. new strategies and tactics on behalf of your clients
o Review analytics and reporting to understand performance; make strategic adjustments as necessary

– Analytics and Insights
o Generate and deliver monthly reporting for each client
o Provide the “so what” for the client reporting. Why does the report matter? What is it teaching us and how are we acting upon it?

You should also have…

– Have a Bachelor’s Degree + 5-8+ years of working experience
– Be the most organized and proactive person you know
– Demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing for businesses
– Bring a comfort level with public speaking, and be willing to work towards interacting directly with clients
– Digital agency background preferred


Salary Range: $85-120K
