Senior Account Manager Business Development | Arorian Technologies | India

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager – Business Development with over 15 years of experience in managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing complex implementation projects within India. This role is critical to expanding our presence in India, focusing on selling PLM, ALM, and SLM solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing long-term client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives to increase Arorian’s footprint in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for large, strategic accounts, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Arorian’s footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling PLM, ALM, and SLM solutions.
  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Arorian’s business objectives, ensuring continuous revenue growth.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure successful delivery of large-scale PLM and ALM implementation projects, working closely with technical and delivery teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide senior management with regular updates on business performance, sales pipeline, and account management activities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, delivery, and sales teams to ensure clients’ requirements are met, projects are delivered on time, and growth opportunities are identified.

Qualifications

Experience: 15+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the software or technology sectors, with a focus on PLM, ALM, or SLM solutions.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing large, strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in PTC products and experience with software/services sales.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex implementations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute growth strategies for key accounts.

Other: Willingness to travel as needed to manage client accounts and oversee projects.
