Position Overview:
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the gaming industry, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, experience in the gaming sector, and a knack for sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the gaming industry. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Payments Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the payments industry to provide clients with insights and recommendations. Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Gaming Industry Insight: Utilize understanding of the gaming sector to tailor payment solutions that meet the unique needs of gaming companies and their users.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery and to address client needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends. Use data to inform account strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition and anticipate client needs.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Network with industry professionals and promote the company’s solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a strong focus on the payments industry and the gaming sector. Some sales experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of payment processing, digital payments, and financial technology.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry and its unique payment needs.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
