This role requires candidates to work from 6 pm to 2 am remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensuring a smooth renewal experience
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upsells, and expansion within existing customer accounts. This includes owning and executing outbound efforts to generate expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to maximize account value
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of renewal and expansion revenue
- Generate regular reports on account health, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate and finalize contract terms for renewals and expansion opportunities
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in direct sales as an Account Executive in customer success/ account management as an Account Manager, or in a related field within the tech industry
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Ability to identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
