About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused experienced Account Manager to manage our NSW Business starting with us in January 2025. Based in Sydney, you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your time to create the perfect work-life balance. This is very much a hands-on role that will require exceptional time management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
What we want to see
- Proven track record in an account management role, preferably within the labour hire industry.
- A strong understanding of Industry Awards and Agreements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of identifying, sourcing and placing top talent.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach to exceptional customer service.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with FastTrack or similar CRM
- A commitment to compliance and process improvement.
