YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You will work directly with the CEO and your own team withing our business on driving transformative growth results for a small portfolio of close cooperation clients, all based in the UK.
We’re seeking an experienced Growth Consultant who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on coaching. You’ll help business owners and their teams achieve exceptional results through sales enablement, coaching, and growth strategy execution through your team.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management:
– Maintain strong relationships with business owners
– Conduct regular strategy and review sessions
– Identify new growth opportunities
– Ensure delivery of promised results
– Coordinate with internal teams for client success
Sales Enablement & Coaching:
– Review and optimise clients’ sales processes and systems using our framework
– Provide sales coaching and training to client teams
– Help implement and monitor sales KPIs
– Guide sales teams through high-stakes deals
– Create and maintain sales playbooks and resources
Business Coaching:
– Work 1:1 with business owners on leadership development
– Help clients transition from tactical to strategic thinking
– Guide strategic planning and execution
– Assist with team structure and organisational development
– Support clients in making key business decisions
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years experience in business consulting, account management, sales leadership, or similar role
– Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and business development
– Ability and willingness to learn quickly and embody our values
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution
– Experience working directly with business owners/C-level executives
– Track record of driving measurable business results

COMPENSATION
Pay:
- R100,000 – R200,000 ZAR/month
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- Invitation to equity/profit share scheme after successful 12 months
