Are you ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, 100% remote digital agency environment? Our client, a highly regarded digital consultancy providing thought leadership content to clients throughout North America, is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their dynamic team.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage and expand client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and tangible results. Collaborating with CEOs, C-suite executives, and industry leaders, you’ll work across a portfolio of B2B accounts to deliver innovative strategies and solutions that drive client success. This role combines strategic account management with marketing and communications expertise, making it perfect for candidates with a well-rounded background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build trust, confidence, and long-term relationships with clients while ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Development: Lead the development of thought leadership strategies, communications programs, and innovative B2B campaigns tailored to client goals.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with suppliers.
  • Data-driven insights: Analyse campaign results, provide actionable recommendations, and optimise strategies to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and bring cohesive solutions that streamline operations and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate B2B account management within an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven track record working with CSuite executives on complex communications and thought leadership strategies.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, project management, and financial acumen, with the ability to multitask across digital platforms and campaigns.
  • Digital Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of the digital and social media landscape, with experience driving results in fragmented and evolving markets.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a startup environment and stepping outside predefined job descriptions to get things done.
