Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to SMB clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality SEO services, PPC campaigns, social media management, and content marketing solutions.

• Analyze performance data and generate detailed reports to showcase campaign ROI and areas for improvement.

• Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for additional services or upselling.

• Stay current on digital marketing trends and SEO best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

• Handle client concerns and feedback with professionalism and strategic problem-solving.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving internal workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an Account Manager in digital marketing, SEO, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of SEO and platforms like Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

• Expertise in developing and managing SMB-focused campaigns across multiple channels.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members are a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (NOT required).
