Position Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, driving client satisfaction and long-term success. This position is focused on strategic account planning, revenue generation, and delivering exceptional service to meet the unique needs of each client. You’ll work closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that align with client goals and maximize their success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across key accounts.
Serve as a primary point of contact, proactively addressing client needs, challenges, and goals.
Understand client business objectives to anticipate their needs and provide solutions that drive success.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Account Growth
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client portfolios with additional products and services.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to provide valuable insights that help clients stay ahead.
Service Delivery Excellence
Oversee the execution of client deliverables by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes to ensure everything stays on track.
Address any service or delivery issues promptly and effectively.
Client Support & Solutions
Provide proactive communication, keeping clients informed about product updates and service enhancements.
Present tailored solutions and new initiatives that help clients achieve their business goals.
Conduct regular check-ins and status meetings to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address concerns.
Data-Driven Reporting & Analysis
Analyze client performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, growth, and performance to clients and internal teams.
Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance client outcomes and continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in account management, ideally with high-value or enterprise-level clients.
Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across diverse industries.
Skills & Abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, capable of creating actionable account plans.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems proactively.

Remote Work Flexibility
This role offers remote flexibility and is open to candidates based in the Southeastern United States, including Florida, North Carolina, and Texas.
