Our client is looking to seamlessly integrated accounting and wealth management services for ultra-high-net-worth family groups and growing businesses. About the Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a diverse range of accounting tasks while playing a key role in advising our prestigious clientele. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workflow Management
• Completion of BAS, IAS, FBT and SMSF
• Annual Compliance & Income Tax Returns 
• Annual Financial Reports
• Assistance with providing advice
• Liaise with the ATO and ASIC on client compliance matters
• Weekly & Monthly management reporting
• Assisting with client accounting file maintenance
• Other tasks as required

About You:

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. CPA or CA certification is essential.
• Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a strong track record in managing complex financial tasks and client relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Xero and Class Trust, is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Client-Centric: Experience working with clients in a professional services environment is highly valued. You have a client-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Australian accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
