- Tax Compliance – Oversee the preparation and lodgement of compliance documents for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Business Advisory – Provide strategic advice on tax planning, business structures, and general financial matters to clients, ensuring value-added solutions.
- Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Collaboration – Work closely with junior staff, supporting their professional growth through mentorship and guidance, while strengthening your own leadership skills.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 4 years or more of experience working in a Accounting Public Practice firm
- Relevant Qualifications – CA/CPA qualification with proven experience handling complex client accounts and delivering exceptional results.
- Client-Focused Expertise – Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice to clients.
- Tech-savvy – Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software and modern business tools.
- Collaborative Mindset – A strong team player with a commitment to contributing to a positive, supportive work environment.
