Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage all aspects of accounting for the local region, including preparing various financial statements regularly
• Funds Management: Oversee daily fund payments, transfers, and other financial transactions in local regions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in fund management
• Regulatory Compliance: Handle tax filings, banking, and registry matters, including tax declarations, bank transactions, and annual returns
• Audit Coordination: Liaise with accounting firms and support audit processes for the local operations
• Documentation Management: Organize, register, and archive financial documents for the local office
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• EBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA, or ACCA are preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in local accounting policies and tax regulations. Skilled in using various office and financial software
• Detail-oriented, strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
