Requirements:

• Manage Financial Processes: Oversee the posting and control of all ongoing accounting documents, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Assist in monthly closings, prepare year-end financial statements, and support balance sheet activities while adhering to GAAP standards.
• Analyze and Report: Create insightful Excel-based evaluations and variance analyses to drive financial clarity and strategic decisions.
• Reconcile and Maintain Accounts: Perform account reconciliations, maintain master data, and ensure precise account management.
• Drive Process Improvement: Support projects aimed at continuously improving internal and external processes for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Take shared responsibility for financial and accounting topics, working closely with leadership and departments.
• Leverage Expertise: Bring several years of accounting experience, a strong background in BMD NTCS, and certification as an accountant, ensuring professional and reliable performance.
• Demonstrate Language Skills: Fluent in German in both writing and speaking, with excellent English language skills.
