Your Role

As an Advisor Application Designer, you’ll play a key role in driving healthcare improvement through technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop key reports, research analysis, and data specifications.
• Create detailed mapping documents and implement feedback from stakeholders, team leaders, and clients.
• Build and manage complex data sets and flows using SQL, Python, Spark, and SSRS.
• Track model performance and deploy solutions in batch and real-time environments.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences while engaging with business stakeholders to explore new opportunities.
• Contribute to the design, development, and testing of Machine Learning models to extract insights from data and develop new features.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Over 9 years working with SQL Server, MS-SQL scripting, and expertise in Oracle, MongoDB, and Vertica DB, with proven experience in healthcare data.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks) and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, and SAS in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Additional Skills: A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, or a related field, with experience leading meetings with diverse stakeholders and working with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, Glacier).

Expectations

• Remote Work: This is a remote position with occasional travel (0-10%) and requires working within Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Interview and Orientation: Video participation is required during interviews and the initial week of orientation.
