As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the integration of AI and ML into our software products. This position involves developing and implementing AI-powered features, from exploring new models and creating APIs to ensuring robust deployment and maintenance in production. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to enhance user experiences and drive innovation across multiple platforms. Although not a traditional research role, you will directly impact product functionality and user satisfaction through practical AI solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI solutions, including research, implementation, and production support.
• Build and optimize features using NLP and ML frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, and Scikit-learn.
• Contribute to and support internal AI tools and applications such as chat-based LLMs and document generation tools.
• Engage with leadership teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and create proof-of-concept projects to validate new features.
• Collaborate on AI-related projects and share insights and expertise within the AI community.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Python, including frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose for containerization.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and pgVector or MongoDB with Vector Search.
• Strong knowledge of Celery (using Redis or RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with LangChain or Haystack for building AI models.
• Experience with cloud services like DigitalOcean or AWS.
• Understanding of LLM infrastructure and its applications.
