This role will require you to have a deep understanding of Amazon’s business model and organisation, translating brand and product strategies into winning Amazon plans.
This is a new role for the company and offers a huge opportunity for personal and team growth.
We are looking for a data-oriented senior product marketing manager with specific experience in selling on Amazon to maximise the full potential of our existing product range across our website and Amazon UK & EU and to identify new product opportunities.

Your role will include:
Managing strategy of the existing product portfolio across the UK and EU on Amazon to maximise performance
- Defining and constantly optimising the most appropriate product strategy for each product in the portfolio
- Unlocking the maximum potential of each product using a data-driven approach to identify and understand consumer demands, competitor performance and behaviour and what it takes to win the category
- Collaborate with senior design and copywriting team members to ensure all products are presented in the best way possible; overseeing the creation and management of all marketing collateral including A+, images, copywriting, and SEO optimisation to enhance visibility, traffic and conversion rates to beat the competition and win the product category
- Collaborate with our head of Amazon paid ads to ensure all paid activity aligns with the overall product strategy
- Meticulous monitoring of product performance to drive growth and scale
- Develop and execute promotional calendars aimed at accelerating growth on Amazon including the enrolment of products in Amazon’s yearly tier 1 & 2 sales events as well as other Amazon promotions and discounts.
- Utilise Amazon promotions and discounts when appropriate
- Optimise product pricing for each product to align with the overall product strategy
Identifying new product opportunities in the UK and EU to drive additional growth beyond the existing portfolio from conception through to launch
- Using a data-driven approach, identify new product opportunities to present to top-level management
- Work with in-house formulation teams to define a finished product that is capable of winning its category
- Work with procurement teams to validate the commercial viability of the product
- Prepare full launch strategy and work with cross-functional teams including inventory and procurement, copywriting and optimisation, design and creative, and paid ads to prepare the product for launch.
Requirements
- A minimum 3 years experience selling on Amazon
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform trading strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations to various stakeholders
- A passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to driving growth through innovative strategies.
- Excellent project management experience, with the ability to assess and see projects through to completion
- Experienced and proficient in using multiple Amazon-first data-driven tools to track and analyse the performance of us and our competitors
- Deep understanding and experience of Amazon SEO
