What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as a Workfront implementation subject matter expert, utilizing Adobe Workfront design and configuration expertise
- Implement Adobe Workfront workflows, custom forms, reports, and dashboards that align with client requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure functionality and performance of the Workfront system
- Develop materials to illustrate and educate teams on workflow management’s role in digital transformation
- Support business development opportunities across markets as a subject matter expert
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- At least 1 year of experience in Workfront design and implementation, along with project management experience
- Foundation in software implementation, reporting, and analytics
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components and familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Potential to travel for client engagements up to 25%
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and seamless integration with enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Journey Analytics
