Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the analytics advocate, managing data across marketing channels (including website, social media, and lead generation) and customer experiences (such as satisfaction surveys and support inquiries).
- Analyze extensive datasets to uncover critical insights that highlight opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
- Utilize advanced digital marketing tools to monitor engagement metrics, evaluate performance, and suggest improvements for campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in marketing, sales, customer service, and IT to ensure data integrity and support essential initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards employing leading industry tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and aid in strategic discussions.
- Build robust relationships by effectively translating complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders and managing tailored requests.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for data analysis with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis with a track record of delivering essential marketing and business insights.
- Proficient in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, and familiar with CRM systems.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 certification preferred); knowledge of Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of web analytics, including segmentation, customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.
- Experience in A/B testing, as well as quantitative and qualitative tracking methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects with strong organizational capabilities.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis focusing on marketing insights is required.
