Senior Architect/Designer

We are expanding and seek experienced Senior Architects/Designers to contribute to large-scale projects nationally and globally, and look for grow their career in architecture,

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects under the guidance of Directors and Associates, overseeing all stages from design through to completion.
Coordinate consultants, manage project meetings, and provide mentorship within the team.

About You

We seek experienced Senior Architects/Designers with a solid understanding of construction and design development, adept at problem-solving and collaboration with consultants for optimal project outcomes.

Ideal, you should have:

Minimum 10 years of local experience.
Demonstrated high level of expertise in Revit
A strong understanding of construction methods and Australian building codes
A problem solver and proactive team player
Experience working in complex commercial project or large scale multi-residential project is essential
Great experience and familiarity with all stages of design and documentation
Demonstrated experience in working with consultants and working as part of a larger design teams including clash detection.
Solid experience in client and consultant interactions and management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants, and internal team members

Our process:

We will review resumes and folios and contact candidates with the relevant skills and experience for a quick phone conversation to gain better insights into you, your skills and experience, and your interest in the role. Following this, we will shortlist candidates for a 30-minute online interview and then will arrange final interviews with Greenbox with the top shortlisted candidates.
