What you will be doing:
- Helping to shape the strategy and autonomously leading the execution (from conception to launch) across multiple digital channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC), owned website (marketing and eCommerce), email (acquisition, retention), and SMS.
- Defining channel KPIs and developing test plans to inform future channel strategies across the enterprise.
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign and channel performance to relevant business partners
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant channel performance metrics and making data-based recommendations for channel optimizations
- Managing team(s) of cross-functional partners, including agencies, compliance, digital & technology, consumer research, etc.
- Identifying and overseeing implementation of marketing automation and marketing optimization tooling to drive step-change improvements to marketing campaign performance
- Ensuring brand initiatives are responsible and follow the laws and regulations of our highly regulated industry.
- Handling and tracking budget for assigned programs.
- Collaboratively inspecting and improving audience targeting capabilities and ensure channel marketing compliance
- Maintaining knowledge of industry standards and new technologies impacting SEO/SEM, email and web marketing channels
We want you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of relevant brand/marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience of digital marketing, specifically: SEO/SEM, Websites, E-commerce, Email, SMS/RMM
- Domain knowledge of SEO/SEM/PPC strategies and tactics
- Technical understanding of website technologies as well as how search engine’s function/operate
- Technical understanding of Search Engine technologies as well as how search engine’s function/operate within the PPC space
- Analytically minded (e.g., ability to build business cases)
- Ability to manage/provide direction to suppliers to drive progression towards defined goals/objectives
- Ability to work with creative team to make recommendations to create new content marketing strategies
- Ability to develop and communicate data-driven decisions
- Strong sense of curiosity and passion to learn, self-starter, comfortable questioning the status quo and suggesting alternative solutions
- Strong process and project management skills
- Possess a high degree of initiative, autonomy, and accountability
- Experience handling budgets and scopes of work
- Demonstrated resourcefulness; you get things done fully using all available resources
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Critical thinking skills; you know what data to look at and what analysis to complete
- A growth mindset to find better ways of working and grit to persevere despite changes and challenges.

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $86,200.00 – $125,050.00 / annually.
