We are seeking an accomplished Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our innovative health technology team in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role is ideal for a skilled digital marketer with a strong understanding of Google Ads, analytics, and A/B testing, who is eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead comprehensive digital marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including Google Ads (Search/Display), SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and programmatic ads.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns, encompassing keyword research, ad copy formulation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.
- Employ CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics for data interpretation, campaign management, and ongoing enhancement of marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and strategic leadership, to devise and execute effective digital marketing plans that drive growth.
- Regularly assess and refine campaign efficacy to ensure optimal ROI and ROAS.
- Remain informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertisements.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools, email marketing platforms, SEO analytics, and digital advertising technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads management, including ad creation, keyword analysis, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Strong research abilities coupled with innovative communication strategies that yield measurable outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-caliber work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and present insights and creative concepts to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a keen interest in the field.
- Familiarity with startup environments is advantageous, and experience in health technology is highly preferred.
