About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong experience in Java and experience in Salesforce to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing scalable backend systems that support high-volume applications, with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, including SpringBoot, Spark, and Hadoop, and collaborate with a global team to deliver high-quality solutions. Your knowledge in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) will play a key role in integrating and optimizing backend processes for seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot), ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate Salesforce (or other CRM systems) data into backend systems, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality.
• Work with Spark and Hadoop to develop and optimize big data pipelines and processing systems.
• Manage and configure NoSQL databases, especially Cassandra, for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize ElasticSearch to optimize search capabilities and indexing of large datasets.
• Leverage AWS services, particularly AWS EMR, to operate and manage data clusters in the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure seamless product development.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in backend development with Java.
• Proven knowledge in integrating Salesforce or similar CRM platforms into backend systems.
• Proficiency in SpringBoot and related backend technologies.
• Experience with big data frameworks like Spark and Hadoop.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
• Familiarity with ElasticSearch for indexing and search functionality.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, particularly experience with AWS EMR for data processing and cluster management.
• Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively within an international team.
