Senior Brand Manager (Remote)

Summary

As our Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to resonate with pet owners globally. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative and strategic initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement, and increase market share within the rapidly growing pet tech sector.

What you’ll do

• Brand Strategy Development: Work with VP of Brand & Marketing to develop and execute annual brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee campaigns across various channels (digital, social, PR, experiential) to effectively communicate brand messages and enhance brand awareness.
• Product Launches: New product launch campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and positioning while generating brand buzz and awareness. 
• Partnerships: Identify and activate inventive partnerships that reach new audiences and strengthen brand affinity. 
• Brand Messaging: Develop compelling brand messaging and creative content that resonates with target audiences and reinforces brand values.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, social, and DTC teams to ensure consistent brand representation across all touch points.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and achieve KPIs.
• Budget Management: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
• Agency Relationships. Support relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute initiatives effectively.

Requirements

• Remote position, LA candidates preferred.
• 5+ years experience as a Brand Manager. Fast growing direct-to-consumer brand experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA a plus
