The Role
We are seeking a versatile professional who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing and business development. This hybrid role demands strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and a knack for building long-term client relationships. You will drive marketing campaigns to achieve measurable growth while expanding Trifid Media’s client base across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing:
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize paid ad strategies to maximize ROI and increase client acquisition.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and create actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and content.
- Implement A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and placement strategies.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities in media, modeling, real estate, and influencer sectors.
- Develop tailored pitches and proposals that resonate with client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, particularly at senior levels.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure successful onboarding for long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to spot opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: A track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and generate reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching ideas and building relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in media, influencer marketing, real estate, or creative industries is a plus.
- Multitasking Ability: Skilled at managing both marketing campaigns and business development pipelines.
