HICH – or, the Human Intelligence Community Hub – is an easy-to-use, self-service market research and insights platform designed for absolutely everyone. Synergising proprietary artificial intelligence with human intelligence sourced from our own global ‘social polling’ network, HICH offers fast, affordable research so powerful, an army of market research experts couldn’t compete with it.

We’ve recently launched (https://rankup.hich.global/), an innovative image-ranking platform where real people rank images from best to worst. We see tremendous potential for this platform and are seeking a business developer to help drive its growth.

RankUp and the RankUp API are tailored for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Job Description

As a Business Developer at HICH, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and collaborators.

• Market Research: Explore and understand target markets to uncover new business opportunities.

• Client Engagement: Support the team in nurturing client relationships, from initial contact to onboarding.

• Strategic Input: Work closely with the founders to shape and refine our business development strategy.

• Creative Exploration: This role is highly adaptable—propose and implement ideas that align with your strengths and our goals.

Key Competencies Required

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a relevant experience of at least 2 years

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Is proactive, curious, and eager to take initiative.

• Has a passion for business and business development, with the drive to identify and seize new opportunities.

• Is not afraid to knock on closed doors and turn a “no” into a “yes.”

• Shows an interest in startups, technology, or digital tools.

• Can work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Thrives in uncertainty and is comfortable creating their own path.
