7.     Negotiation Mastery: Skillfully negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial business agreements.

8.     Engaging Presentations: Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management, highlighting our value proposition.

9.     Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and trends, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.

10.  Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry regulations, market dynamics, and evolving customer preferences to adapt sales strategies effectively.

  • Qualifications:

o Proven experience in the herbs and spices wholesale industry is a must.

o Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the herbs and spices sector.

o Strong grasp of wholesale distribution channels, sales processes, and customer relationship management.

o Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

o Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
