What Will You Do as a Business Development Executive?

Client Interaction: You’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries related

to our UK immigration services. Your role involves understanding each client’s unique

needs, offering tailored advice, and converting these inquiries into lasting business

relationships.

• Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans designed to not

just meet, but exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. Your ability to build and nurture

relationships will be key to driving our business forward.

• Revenue Growth: You’ll actively seek out and capitalise on new revenue opportunities,

helping to expand our client base and grow the business. Your proactive approach and

strategic thinking will be instrumental in your success.

Collaborative Efforts: You’ll work closely with the management team, aligning your sales

strategies with the company’s broader goals. Your input and collaboration will ensure that

your efforts are fully supported and integrated into our growth plan.

Sales Professional with Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in high-end sales,

ideally in a B2B environment. You’re skilled at building relationships and have a proven track

record of closing deals.

Consultative Selling Style: You excel at consultative sales, understanding clients’ needs,

and providing solutions that add real value. You’re not just about making a sale; you’re

about building trust and long-term relationships.

Driven and Ambitious: You’re hungry for success and thrive on achieving results. The

prospect of earning uncapped commissions excites you, and you’re motivated by the

challenge of meeting and exceeding targets.
