Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and capturing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of online strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in online markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize digital platforms, analytics, and tools to identify and engage with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the company’s growth objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in online markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and strategies for client engagement and acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
