Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Online Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in identifying and capturing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of online strategies and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities in online markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Utilize digital platforms, analytics, and tools to identify and engage with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the company’s growth objectives.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in online markets.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and strategies for client engagement and acquisition.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 – ₹80,000.00 per month
