Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating dynamic strategies to drive revenue, and building strong relationships with key clients. You’ll work closely with aircraft operators, government agencies, corporate groups, and more to ensure our services meet their unique needs. Success in this role means taking ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing while also providing innovative insights for our future growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities in the flight support industry.
  • Present and speak on behalf of our company at key industry events, webinars, and conferences.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with aviation operators, government agencies, and high-profile clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create dynamic strategies for business growth.
  • Play a critical role in positioning us as a leader in the aviation industry.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Aviation Expertise: At least 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the aviation industry, with a deep understanding of flight operations, ground handling, FBO services, and charter operations.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that expand market presence and exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional skills in establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to meet the demands of a global role, including international travel (up to 50%).
