We are hiring for a Senior Business Development Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
– Expand the portfolio through acquisition of new customers
– Be able to create the new business validation file with CUW standards
– Build strong relationship with Allianz partners ( International and Local Brokers)
– Take responsibility and ownership of a network of broker relationships
– Reach targets of portfolio growth and quality
– Convert a pipeline of prospects through the broker channel provided in line with target customer profile
– Establish and build a network of broker contacts to generate new business opportunities
– Take personal responsibility for the implementation of group-wide quality of service standards
– Analyze prospect needs and business model to build the policy properly
– Collect all necessary information and follow up with commercial and risk uw on quotation and prechecks
– Ensure that the prospect has full understanding of policy coverage and processes before signing
– Comply with commercial underwriting standards to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
Key Performance Indicators:
– Business growth (top line development)
– Profitability and quality of portfolio
– Ensure long-term profitability and quality of customer portfolio through application of proper policy Terms and Conditions
– Maintain Allianz Trade’s market position as number 1 in the broker market through AzT’s Broker Net Promoter Score.
Requirements:
Market knowledge:
– Expert know-how in specifics of market
– Ability to build extensive network with close contacts to mid-large clients, market players and opinion leaders
Business expertise:
– Ability to generate and convert leads
Interpersonal skills:
– Ability to liaise with members of other core functions
– Strong negotiation skills
Internal leadership behavior:
– Build relationships with other core functions (i.e., Risk, Claims, Policy Administration)
– Balance commercial and underwriting objectives
– Self motivating and goal oriented
External leadership behavior:
– Convert leads into sales through ability to convince customers
– Strong networking
– In Euler Hermes our main business area is credit insurance midsize and multinational companies, we help the business development of our customers by securing and optimizing the management of their trade receivables. Candidate should have the ability to generate new business opportunities and convert them into profitable long-term relationships
